You gave me your card

I know it was probably a bit weird, me giving you my folder, or card - but I am very happy you are here. Learn more about me and what I'm doing in my intro - and maybe, hopefully, you'll want to fill in your info in the form below, so I can get back to you :)

The card I gave you should contain an identifier, for instance NOV25-102. This will help me identify you.

Your name - however much you are comfortable with :)

Your email address - I'll use this to get back to you

I probably won't use this, and if I do it will be to sent a text. Can be nice as back up to email, though.
